Configuration of Line of Business (LOB) in ERP
The file is still under evaluation by the business users. I shall provide you the COA segment in a separate column, which has to be a combination of Legal Entity.Location as discussed with you last time once the evaluation is complete.
As you know, we are maintaining Inventories of Gel ,Herbal, API, Raw under KGF-1 Plant (Packing has already been separated) and Oncology API, Raw under CPF-II, I think a high-level initiation is required to separate those.
As we have configured Herbal and Gel as Line of Business (LOB) in ERP system and Oncology and Purnava as separate Entity, I think It will be an ultimate moment to have the Inventories be separated accordingly on this Stock Take scheduled on 30th and 31st December 2013.
If the Supply Chain Manager gives his assent to this issue and Project Manager of Keline,Project Manager of Gel and Responsible person of Oncology Facility confirm their respective materials with quantity, it will be an easy task for Stores in-charge to record, show in Stock Take and manage.
It will be a guide for us and pleasure if you kindly initiate the issue for smooth stock take.

Please check the attached and confirm us if any other change is required in MDR No 10 only. Two rates of Materials (Dienogest & Neotame) are unknown and given for quantity disposition. MDR No 11 is under preperation.
