How to Write a Letter of Interest
At the time of writing the letter of interest, you have to ensure that all the questions of the prospective employer are fully answered as required. In the starting paragraph, you should mention the source of the Job information (i.e. Newspaper, reference, websites etc.) Mentioning about the post of the vacancy and other job details will surely help you to create a good impression, as the employer will be aware that you have taken pains to know about the details of the job.
In the second Para, you have to market your professionalism. Say why you should be selected. Mention about your distinctive strengths and talents which make you the best option for the job. You can emphasize some of your past credentials or achievements in this section. In case, you don't have job know-how in some particular area, then tell about your education and how it can help you to meet the challenges of the job, if you are recruited.
In the third and fourth part, you have to close the letter. If you have several additional qualifications and achievements, then you can briefly point out them in the third paragraph. While concluding the letter of interest, don't forget to ask for an interview schedule. Lastly, don't forget to thank them for their important time and effort to read the letter.
